Pros

Finding homes for sheltered animals. Teach Blind Puppies how to use basic motor skills. Work with Narcoleptic Animals. Help an animal that is to old to do what all others can ( eat and go to the bathroom). Work amongst an amazing staff who truly cares more for animals than they do them selves. Matching families with pets and just seeing how well they act with one another.

Cons

Not the best pay but you get compensation in more of an intimate reward of knowing you helped. The corporate heads up stairs compensation salary is vary saddening, simply because it is about seven to 10 times more than what the actually team gets paid.
