Politically savvy and respectable angle to animal protection. Without compromising too much. The organization will inexorably grow; it's great to be part of a growing institution and social movement.

Cons

Depends on the team. Fantastic staff on most teams. A handful of old stubborn and nascent new guard at helm of the organization almost tarnish the image of this very bright organization.

Incredibly dedicated, smart, talented,passionate team of people. Execellent benefits package. Employee morale is VERY high. Work is extremely rewarding. Employees are treated with respect. There is a great sense of teamwork. Lots of opportunities for advancement and growth. Beautiful campus in Gaithersburg.

Cons

Very low pay and very high cost of living in hte DC area.
