Pros

There are some good people here. Great fitness center available to all. 11 holidays. Profit sharing.

Cons

Nepotism and old boys club galor. Upper management (directors and VPs)are all yes men. CEO and family are tyrants. Too wealthy to even relate to us common folk. Very apparent environment of CYA by throwing others under the bus. Company is hugely profitable but salaries are just competitive.
