      You have tenured people who don’t care to train or develop their employees as much as they claim they do in my experience. Walking into work with the mindset of “which version of my boss am I going to get today” is not a good feeling. IT stuff is often not good. Things are a mess when it comes to getting the resources used for the actual work that’s needed to be done. No procedures or processes on things. If there are any, it’s without any explanations that are clear or complete.
