      The students; that's really it.

      Cons

      Center Directors are trained to find any weakness while assessing potential students (their "hot button" issue and pressing that button until the parents are shamed into signing their child up for tutoring programs that cost a small fortune. Students are given work that is less rigorous which results in artificial gains when they're later tested to show their progress. Parents are encouraged to take out high interest loans to pay for tutoring sessions that you've shamed/scared them into signing up for.

      Great kids, lots of autonomy, decent hourly rate at some locations

      Unflexible hours, constant cancellations, locations require open availability but often only give <10 hours per week

      The Huntingtons need to grow a soul. They don't have half of a soul between them.

      The curriculum really can help students.

      Cons

      The Huntingtons are old and desperate. They seem successful because as soon as someone catches on to their deceit, they fire them from corporate, or run them out of the franchise. The whole system is a shell game...a small group makes money on the back of everyone else.
