Students, Staff, Management, Teaching Methods, and Results are generally great.

Cons

Staff is underpaid. Books are a bit old from the seventies to the nineties. Computers are out of date.

I've seen many kids lives completely changed. Especially those who attend public schools and are not taught study skills. As a manager, I am able to hire and train teachers. We are fortunate at my center to have the BEST teachers. Everyone (including the owners) work hard and at the end of the day we are all proud of what we do.

Cons

Scheduling is a nightmare! Overall, the hardest job I've ever had. I love it but it's not for most people. I wish we could pay our teachers more but it's not possible. The formula for this type of business just doesn't allow much profit. I do school visits, parent meetings, etc. that we get no money for.

Working with kids who are struggling in school, or who need to learn HOW to learn is really fantastic! You get to really teach!

Cons

It's education, so the pay is low. Hours vary, but my center does work to make sure the effective teachers get more consistent hours.
