Pros
Huron has been rated highly by Glassdoors as one of the Best places to work. Huron has a competitive raise and fair annual bonus.
Cons
Engagements are limited and competitive. Leadership tends to be selective whom they want on engagements and internal initiatives. Recently hired diversified EMs in past 2 years have driven employees off to competitors. Management refuses to address issue and shuffles people to other projects. Promotions are limited to favored employees and fast tracked for drinking the kool aid. Recently the mantra is how to be competitive in the market place. Answer is to increase offshore team in all areas, functional and technical. What does that mean for the US based work force?
