      Pros

      Huron has been rated highly by Glassdoors as one of the Best places to work. Huron has a competitive raise and fair annual bonus.

      Cons

      Engagements are limited and competitive. Leadership tends to be selective whom they want on engagements and internal initiatives. Recently hired diversified EMs in past 2 years have driven employees off to competitors. Management refuses to address issue and shuffles people to other projects. Promotions are limited to favored employees and fast tracked for drinking the kool aid. Recently the mantra is how to be competitive in the market place. Answer is to increase offshore team in all areas, functional and technical. What does that mean for the US based work force?

      Pros

      Passionate workers, highly intelligent colleagues dedicated to the non- profit space, good work life balance (depending on project), flat / friendly culture, easily accessible managers and leadership.

      Cons

      1. Opaque salary structure 2. Below market salaries 3. High levels of turnover and loss of top talent 4. Company subject to whims of stockholders and share price performance vs. being able to invest in employees. 5. Below average bonus potential 6. Improved financial performance not invested in employees 7. While management is accessible to employees, they are resistant to change and employee concerns.

      Amazing culture, care for the people and employees, work life balance, flexible work from home, great values

      I think the benefits and social events could be improved, especially since we aren't traveling - to boost morale and connection
