      Bright people, focus on training, good place for recent grads

      The staff includes some bright and committed people, ongoing training is a priority and taken seriously

      Cons

      Heavy hierarchy of management, everyone is a supervisor, which creates an environment of micro management and overly critical reviews (eg. specific verbiage used on the phone is critiqued). Hard headed management has the "with us or against us" attitude. Good people leave with no counter offer.

      Good, but No Stability!

      Pros

      Great work life balance. I got to work from home. I got unlimited PTO. I gained valuable experience that will help me when searching for my next job.

      Cons

      There is absolutely NO job stability at this company. Expect a round of layoffs at least once a year. Every year since I have been with this company there has been a round of layoffs, no one's job is safe. Also, the director of my team was a jerk who had clear favorites, and clearly wanted me off of the team. There was hardly any work for me, and there is not much opportunity for promotion and career growth.
