      Pros

      Have a good work culture initially when joined for 2 years with good culture and friendly work system

      Cons

      One of the worst company I have seen ever.. with very worst culture.. felt very bad they did lay off even after strong efforts and having strong base in the team.. Layoff they did for the employees who put strong efforts very bad.. we don't know when they will layoff and to whom they do this.. be very careful before joining this team.

      Pros

      Colleagues are, on average, phenomenal. Smart, hard working, funny, brilliant problem solvers. Good internal coaching and mentoring programs. WLB generally quite good.

      Cons

      Benefits are ok but not fantastic. Matrixed organization can be confusing. Inadequate investment in some support areas, like sales and knowledge management.
