      The Work/life balance is reasonable. Friendly people. The Company is growing rapidly. Stock options are offered out the gate for new employees. The company tends to silo practices which tends to create specialists, this can be seen as a positive or negative.

      Cons

      Not yet the most prestigious firm. Acquisition based - other opportunities within the company may not be as easy to obtain. Claims to have talent comparable to top consulting firms, yet value of total compensation is considerably below top consulting firms.
