      The people are great and the projects are interesting

      Cons

      The travel can be pretty intense and the expectations quickly move up as you progress. Sometimes you need more feedback / training to perform your job.

      Pros

      Great opportunity to live and work in New York City and travel as well. The location of the New York Office is great. The company is still fairly small so there are not a lot of hierarchical barriers.

      Cons

      Longer Hours. Not a lot of responsibility when you first start. It is also difficult to meet other people within the firm due to the fact you work on client sites and travel fairly often. It can be difficult to be staffed on a project initially and you could potentially have a lot of time you have to burn surfing the web.

      Pros

      Some of the more senior managers are incredibly sharp and taught me a lot that I didn't appreciate until I was in later positions. They definitely are incredibly professional and I appreciated the feedback and advice I received from my mentor!

      Cons

      I had an incredibly hard time relating to any of my co-workers who were in the same age range. I got along reasonably well with the older folks. The work was boring as hell, but I think that's more a reflection upon myself than anything else.
