Depending on the service lines, the work can range from interesting to down right boring. The compensation structure is similar to the Big Four accounting firm so it's below the average for some of the divisions. They have a big issue with retention as employees don't stay past 2 years. Again, this may be due to compensation and the lack of interesting work. Huron tries to invest in their people, but they do not have management that can sell the work. A lot of the consultants are sitting empty doing busy work instead of actual work.
