      Best of the brightest and dedicated leaders that really care about the person and the business.

      Cons

      none noted so far, would like to see the 'small company' mentality still continued. Monthly office lunches or birthday celebrations with a cake, etc. Small things.

      Pros

      I am in the Legal Services division and in my experience, hard work and talent really are recognized. Sr management is in tune with both their employees and the market place and middle management does a great job of providing the tools I need to flourish. The varied and challengin projects make this as close to a dream position as I could get.

      You will put in a lot of hours.
