Bright people, focus on training, good place for recent grads

The staff includes some bright and committed people, ongoing training is a priority and taken seriously

Cons

Heavy hierarchy of management, everyone is a supervisor, which creates an environment of micro management and overly critical reviews (eg. specific verbiage used on the phone is critiqued). Hard headed management has the "with us or against us" attitude. Good people leave with no counter offer.

Huron is a fun place to work. It has a great environment and the people are wonderful to work with, very helpful and friendly. They support employees growth with many opportunity to advance ones knowledge.

Cons

to much concern with billable hours, not much freedom for working on project to improve overall business (unless its on your own time).

-Slow growth opportunities -Pay is less competitive to market -There are many people who should have never been hired, low quality workers -Shareholder appeasement isn't always best for client-service focused consulting -If not in Chicago, you are mostly on an island in your office
