      - Workload is manageable - Great exposure to clients and senior management

      Cons

      - Stockamp culture breeds individuals who are very close minded/not willing to listen to new ideas - Too many workplace relationships between Managers and Associates or Associates and Analysts, etc. - Salary is below industry standards - Weak HR department

      - Management is extremely accessible and communicates well with the various practices - Great opportunities for advancement - Exposure to wide variety of clients across the country - Excellent culture within the office - Feel supported by my co-workers

      Cons

      - Travel can be tough as a consultant, which is not news to anyone - No real cons about working at Huron
