      Pros

      Recognition in the industry and growing company. Struture - Great for projects that are run of the mill projects.

      Cons

      Everyone pretty much gets pigeon hole into a role. Company is very task specific and doesn't seem to encourage deviation or experimentation. Becuase it doesn't encourage experimentation much, when the company takes on a project that is out of the norm, there is very little staff that can handle it. The ones that can are often bombarded and stressed.

      Good to employees; flexibility in time off for employees; good teamwork; ability to work remotely as circumstances dictate; interesting projects.

      Cons

      Like many public consulting firms, chargeability is very important. Depending on projects, extensive travel may be required. Sometimes limited ability to choose your projects, depending on your level.
