- inconsistencies - CEO turnover, confusion in strategic vision - management in some departments are in "clicks" and love to gossip - micro-management on some teams, not all - management seem to easily lash out on individuals without understanding root cause - management comes up with all sorts of ideas and pushes it down to lower levels to maintain without caring if the idea is actually worthwhile and eventually forget about ever assigning the tasks. hence, you end up managing at least 50 extra items that are meaningless and work like a slave without any appreciation.
