Overall great internship experience

Pros

Great internship program, very organized, was able to contribute to some relatively meaningful work given that we were interns. Great outside of work events and good exposure to lifestyle of a HCG consultant. Overall very well put together and enjoyable compared to other internship experiences.

Cons

While we were there an announcement was released about possible mis-allocations of premiums paid to acquired companies by Huron. Very unsettling....

Dedicated staff at mid and lower levels. Good benefit package. Strong leadership in several market sectors

unfortunately firmwide leadership objectives seemed to be solely on making themselves rich at any expense

Great place to work, great exposure to industry conferences, knowledge sharing is strong, very good culture amongst various levels across the organization

Cons

Leadership team is still learning to adjust and leadership is currently sub par compared with other consulting organizations -- this should change in the medium-term.
