Pros

It is a leading company in the hospitality industry. It has its standard process of doing business. The additional employee benefits are great for those who loves travelling.

Cons

limited support from management and peers. There is little on the job training opportunities. The compensation is also so so.

Pros

Great opportunity to get to know a new cultural environment. Very attractive benefits for Expats (accommodation in hotel, laundry, access to Gym, etc.)

Cons

Language barrier. Lack of language training support for expats. Local employees seem to be treated as second class employees over expats. Low salary.
