BE CAREFUL if you are an employee of a company which was acquired by Hyland or by Thoma Bravo, Sooner or later you will be sent a letter, highlighting the clause that you are being taken out. One party will be organized to tell you how good the company is and how employee friendly they are only to realize later that it was a eye wash. All they care about is their numbers of profit and loss and not about employees. HR is one position in this organization which is not required at all, all they do is act as a postman and pass the message even if it is incomplete and useless.why HR an office boy who knows how to send email would do HR does no have Sense to think what they are asking or saying makes sense. Its better not to talk about AVP,SVP's . They have no clue on what is happening with their team, all they know we have been told this and you do this. Get out of your positions and get a shepard job!!, you will not have any questions from your team. I
