      Just don't work

      Pros

      The paycheck shows up. They don't understand what I do so I slack off a lot. I feel like I live in the movie Office Space.

      Cons

      This a company that so badly wants to be cool, diverse, inclusive etc etc ... they have read the words but just have no idea what they mean or how to get there. The company is run by a group of folks that just can't leave the 70's.

      Talented colleagues, but lack of communication

      Working with smart and talented people, friendly culture

      Cons

      Lack of clear two-way communication with management, unexpected layoffs of teams without any explanation given, & operating with a "small business" mindset when it comes to product development, IS, and customer issues. There's also some unqualified people in management positions who drive good employees away.

      Pros

      It's highly unlikely they will go out of business anytime soon. If you have limited career aspirations, you will be very comfortable here.

      Cons

      Nearly every aspect of my employment. With the headquarters (and consequently the few remaining employment perks) effectively shut down due to COVID, there is no reason anyone should ever aspire to be employed by this company.
