      Pros

      The people at Hypower were all-around great people to work with. Out of all the companies I've worked for, none have been such a strong team as Hypower. The benefits were excellent, the employee incentives and recognition were the best of any company I've ever worked for. I would work for Hypower again in a heartbeat!

      Cons

      They expect a lot from their techs but that’s not why I left. My wife and I moved out of state to be closer to family.

      Pros

      Everyone is upbeat and happy. Beats my last job where half the staff walked around like they didn’t want to be there (news flash, they didn’t because that job SUCKED). This is a great place to work and have fun but don’t think you can get by doing the bare minimum. If you work hard you’ll reap the benefits. If you don’t pull your weight don’t be surprised if you have a negative experience.

      You can only advance so high before you hit a wall.

      Pros

      Overall, I am enjoying my experience at Hypower and would recommend being part of this organization without hesitation. Personally, I have never seen a company which cares so much for the development of its employees. Another benefit is the comprehensive in-house training program which fully develops each team member to do their job to the best of their ability. From the leadership team to my coworkers, I would say that everyone has a strong sense of purpose and a desire to see each other succeed.

      Cons

      It’s a growing company and things are constantly changing and updating, so you need to be able to keep up.
