I’ve said this a million times and I’ll say it again: people need to start choosing jobs based on their LONG-TERM goals. All this hopping from company to company and job to job isn’t just exhausting, it’s almost never a successful career strategy. If you want a successful, fulfilling career you should find a company whose values align with your own that cares about its employees and is always striving to be better and do more. And when you take all of that into consideration, there’s only one company I’ve worked at that checks all the boxes: Hypower.
Take my word for it or wait to see for yourself, but this is exactly the kind of company you want to establish a career for yourself with. In four years I’ve never once been bored or found myself dissatisfied with my job. The atmosphere is fun, but it’s not a constant stream of easy projects. You’ll be challenged and pushed to grow and learn.
I disagree strongly with every single negative review on here and, in my opinion, they were written by a bunch of lazy workers who were never cut out for this industry in the first place.
