      Pros

      The people I work side by side with are great. Easily the best part of this job. It’s not like this company doesn’t bring much to the table or anything but if it weren’t for the people I would have not have worked here for as long as I did. At the end of the day, Hypower wouldn’t be anything without its staff.

      Cons

      Some turnover issues. That said, this company isn’t for everyone.

      Pros

      I can’t tell you how much I’ve learned in the past year I’ve been working for Hypower. I’ve picked up a lot of new skillsets thanks to these guys. My co-workers have been great taking me under their wing and showing me the ropes. I don’t know where I’d be today if it weren’t for the Hypower team :)

      Cons

      Communication needs to be more clear.
