Some very competent junior and mid level designers. Seriously hard workers.

Cons

Lack of communication between managers, creative leads and lower staff creates disorganization and emergencies. Emergencies lead to poor creative solutions and mistakes. Not a lot of thinking outside of the box, just good solid inexpensive solutions.

Fully remote. Pays weekly. Typical PTO benefits.

Cons

Employees are treated as a number. Communication between Project Managers is disappointing leading to conflicts & misunderstandings. They expect Revit expertise, yet their limited licenses restricts usage if not on a project. Work is non-inspiring. "Leaders" use constant profanities. Overtime is not compensated fairly. Onboarding is disappointing: only paperwork to fill out w/o proper introductions to team & team dynamics.
