Coworkers were nice and friendly, good social environment

Cons

Lots of government projects with not very interesting design and high stress/deadlines. Not a great balance.

The people are nice and care about what they are doing.

Cons

Too much overtime expected from each employee on my previous team. Not a very good work life balance. This was on one specific team and it didn't seem to be as intense on the other ones.

Nice coworkers, Nice office, Enjoyable happy hours and office amenities.

Cons

Too many principals with no clear decision making hierarchy that leads to a lot of wasted time and stalemates in the office. Design process is conflicted... lack of experienced people reviewing documents at every stage leads to many mistakes in CDs that are only found during construction. Very frustrating.
