Pros

Great clients and lots of opportunity for young staff to grow in their career. Had the opportunity to lead small teams early in my career and grow into larger leadership roles working on mid-to-large projects for high profile clients. Very friendly staff with genuinely kind leaders in the Seattle office and across the firm. Very good benefits with unlimited PTO and flexible for people with families.

Cons

Requires a very proactive, entrepreneurial individual to seize opportunities presented. Project teams are typically lean so be ready to wear a lot of hats (not necessarily a bad thing, but something to note). Uneven distribution of high and low profile projects doesn’t always allow for equitable experiences across the office. High performers who put in long hours get more opportunities so work/life balance is somewhat limited if you’re looking for rapid career growth.

Pros

IA as a firm, IA Denver specifically, has always been client centric and aim to provide great service. From past to present clients, we take each and every opportunity to cater the experience to the brand, culture, budget, and their employee experience. IA also takes the time to foster their employees growth. Every individual within the office has the opportunity to explore and charter their own career path. They have the ability to be creative and flexible in their roles, strong growth opportunities, and great benefits with the latest technology, mentoring, and peer support.

Cons

No office is perfect on all levels and there will always be room for improvement, but would say that IA does take every opportunity to listen and take the feedback to improve.
