Pros
Unlimited vacation, nice working environment, some good people but there is a lot of favoritism from management and not a super inclusive environment.
Cons
Not a lot of communication between staffing and the actual staff. There are a few good PMs but they are also at the mercy of leadership. Bad apples tend to stick around for way too long and there is not a way to get promoted without killing yourself with working 16hour days. Also, even if you do kill yourself and bend over backwards, they continue to dangle the carrot of promotion and associate status with no real follow through. Often doing the work of the next tier of your actual title without the pay. The good ones see the issues and leave after a couple years..
