Pros

Flexible hours. They let you work from home and come in at 10am.

Cons

You will be managed by old ethics and an unwillingness to listen to knew ideas. Pay is low and senior vice management is like dialing a touch tone phone, aka, don't work here if you have new ideas.

Dear current employee, thank you for taking the time to write a review. We’re glad to read that you are enjoying flexible hours. In regards to your comment about an unwillingness to listen to new ideas, we would like to suggest that it all starts with one person. Your ideas should be shared with your leader/team lead. You can also reach out to your Human Resources Business Partner to share your recommendations.

Pros

The only pro is the knowledge you learn about all the different administrations

Cons

Where do I begin. Management stinks!! The main manager lied his way to get his position. He doesn't know a thing about Child support and swears he has 7 years experience. I never worked somewhere where every employee was unhappy cause of management. They act like they have your best interest but really don't. They lack training and expect for there employees to make these ridiculous goals without proper training. The turn over is crazy high. In one week 4 ppl left now that says something about the company. They have another manager who swears she is child support expert but all she talks about is how she scammed the system for Food Stamps and Energy assistance. When we all got hired we where told we would get raises paid holidays etc but guess what all false when asked for benefits package all we got was a piece of paper stating everything we don't have. Supervisors are lazy. When you have supervisor call they refuse to get on the phone and make you take there name and number and never call them back. I could honestly go one for days on how bad the place is.
