Pros

Great learning experiences and work-life balance in my specific team. Remote work with flexible hours with occasional in-person team meetings and possibility of work-related travel.

Cons

Compensation less competitive than peers, no or unclear structure for bonuses, stock options etc. as compensation add-ons, not very open to compensation negotiation.

Thank you for your four-star review. Glad to hear you've found some flexibility here at ICF. We do offer employee stock purchase plans, though we understand everyone has a unique perspective of what bonuses and other unique perks mean to them. We do audit our offerings annually to make sure we're not only meeting industry standards, but providing the best packages for our employees to choose from. -HS

We appreciate the time you took to provide feedback. We annually audit salaries and compensation against other industries to ensure they are fair and competitive. With that said, schedule some time with your manager because now is the time to start having conversations about where you want to be. There are some great resources on the Human Resources tab of our intranet, like how to have an impact conversation, that can help arm you with the tools you need to be prepared. I hope this helps as you continue your journey here at ICF. -HS

Pros

I can't think of any pros. Worked here for 3 years with very minimal growth. Very disappointed to have chosen this company.

Cons

- Poor benefits and low salaries - Terrible immigration teams - Money minded management

Thank you for your perspective. It can be overwhelming to navigate where and how to grow with a company. There are many resources at ICF to navigate career growth options including our Experiential Learning Guide, Impact Conversations, and Mentor Connect program - just to name a few. We annually benchmark salaries and compensation to ensure they are fair and competitive, and we also look at various ways to support our employees in this difficult economic environment, including investing in additional employee benefits. -- LL
