      Pros

      Friendly co-workers. Convenient location of the office. Good salary (if you had negotiated smart) and decent benefits. Good place to try and grasp fundamentals of how a CRO operates, and then enlist to another company.

      Cons

      Dead-end position; no options for advancing your career to a next level. Random assignment of studies and sites: some employees are pinned down by the ever-increasing workload, while others coast. No balance between private and profesional life. Management makes no atempts to retain the best and the brighest ("everyone is replacable" is the norm).

      Watch out - it's getting worse

      Pros

      Offering remote work from home. Made some good friends there. Couldn't think of anything else.

      Cons

      It's a huge mess - no project planning, no one is managing clients expectations, senior management offers no support to their team but pushing everyone to their limits. Since couple of individuals joined senior position in this company it has significantly declined. This has become a very stressfull, unfriendly and unpredictable workplace. Not to mention lack of training and average salary. Do some serious research before joining this company and ignore some positive comments from 1 year ago - this isn't the same organization anymore.

      Pros

      Flexible working hours. The colleagues are nice and is what makes you stay in this company.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workload, bad salaries and benefits, no HR assistance, poor training, lack of transparency in the promotion process. Metrics are now the only concern for this company. Poor interaction between departments and no support to manage clinical trials.
