Pros

Decent pay, ability to work remotely/no hybrid requirement.

Cons

Care nothing about tenure, bonuses (if offered) and merit increases are not consistent with industry standard. When compared to other companies we were getting far less if at all. When you leave, they conveniently neglect to payout unused pto time, and stand behind miscalculations when you push for your due payout. Company culture and overall performance got worse after acquisition of PRA, which is when I left. I was with them for over 11 years, and not even a goodbye card. I left on good terms with the opportunity to return. No thx!
