      Wonderful Return to Office Experience

      Pros

      ICW Group employees have returned to the office a few days a week, and our days have been filled with fun activities these first 2 weeks that have really enhanced the employee experience. We have had lots of food and plenty of time to reconnect with colleagues. ICW Group has shown their appreciation and how much they have missed all of us over the last 15 months.

      Cons

      Returning to the office is tough after spending more than a year at home with family and pets. I would prefer to continue working from home, but I definitely see the value of being in the office connecting with co-workers. I am hoping for continued flexibility in a hybrid work environment going forward.

      Pros

      Technology for remote work, better than working for a TPA, potential for more growth as a company. But not sure if individually you’ll benefit from this.

      Cons

      Leadership/Exec are not diverse, they stay out of sight, changes are never fully thought out. You will feel pigeonholed into your role as the team rarely promotes within. San Diego culture throughout the leadership team, so everyone seems a bit smug

      Pros

      Gym downstairs (that you had to pay for) so not a pro..... Casual Dress? Not worth it if your job sucks.... so not a pro.... Yeah that's it, nothing was good

      Cons

      Management was horrible- Lazy and cocky managers. Played favoritism often. Never gave me the time of day and never received any advice. Manager would just say figure it out and stare at you. Benefits are horrible for today's standards. Extremely understaffed to cut costs. Was fired for no reason and my teammates were extremely surprised. manger couldn't look me in the eyes as he fired me and couldn't give me a solid reason. No severance, nothing. Just a bad place that demeans your very soul.
