      Pros

      ICW Group has fantastic benefits, committees and culture. If management would get out of the way of their 'lessers' and begin to promote from within it they'd be better than where they are.

      Cons

      All management does not support their team. They nit pick, play favorites and do not promote or support those who've been here for years.

      Was a great opportunity to get into a new career and get another certification.

      Cons

      Leadership was only interested in self promotion. They'd sell out employees in order to look good.
