      I can’t find any pros

      Cons

      Bad communication from top down. Management will make changes without communicating down until the last minute. If they find someone that can do your job and cost less by all means, they will make excuses to get rid of you. Also, a lot of micromanagement. Leader focus on small details that does not affect milestones or deliverables.

      Ok Career For New Underwriters

      Pros

      Don't need to think much. Rating system quotes pretty much everything and tells you what pricing to you. No real underwriting as far as having to analyze an account and develop a premium.

      Cons

      Management tells you about a potential bonus structure that is impossible to earn. In addition, they just give you a goal even if it doesn't make sense and there is zero discussion with you. The message we receive is to just get it done.
