good salary,better enviroment ,mutual corresponding workers,and provision of full care ie health care etc that essentially require by the worker.

Cons

rapid advancement in the field which creates problem to adjust at intial stage .huge competition ,lack of core companies and job opportunities.

Nice coworkers good benefit bonus program for the non-leadership roles (although miniscule) telecommuting

Cons

8.5 hr. workday with 1/2 hr. lunch (very old school). You are forced to eat at their disgusting cafeteria since they are in the middle of nowhere. If you go out to do an errand, you get spoken to. Have microwaves, but they reek of indian food so you don't want to use them. Tyrant, boorish upper managment. old Boys network in place. Clueless volunteers are the decision makers. Projects assigned to you are often held up or halted because they will all of the sudden decide that they need volunteer input, which in turn affects your bonus.

IEEE is a great company that is an excellent place to work. There is a friendly atmosphere and well organized structure.

Cons

Lots of people work here so you are always seeing new faces. Some people work remotely and you never see them.
