Supervisors are knowledgeable and take the time to listen to concerns/challenges in the schools and offer insight in having employees across school systems. They are available to discuss intervention strategies, talk-through specific student cases as needed, and offer a plethora of therapy materials to check-out through a library to use. I am so glad I completed my Clinical Fellowship at IEP Therapy and have been employed by this company ever since.
There is always someone available to answer your questions. They offer PD's on subjects that's important to student services. They are the only company I have worked for that always shows employee appreciation through gift cards, student based activities and words of encouragement when needed.
Cons
The only con is the vacation/sick time, if I was a permanent employee for my district I could occur more than 5 days.
