Pros

This is my second year with IEP Therapy and I'm very happy with the level of support I receive. The therapy supervisors are always available to help problem solve or to check in to make sure I have all the materials/equipment I need. I would recommend IEP to anyone looking for a great contract company.

Pros

Very supportive. Always interested in giving you physical tools to make your job easier. You were also included in continuing education web seminars regardless of your employment status.

Cons

The contracts are short most of the time. They don't make an effort to keep you in their roster for future openings. You have to apply all over again from the beginning if you want to be consider for another assignment.

We are very sorry you feel this way, and we will try to do better in the future. We try our best to keep current therapists on the roster each year.

Supportive & Welcoming Company

Pros

The staff at IEP Therapy have been so kind and supportive throughout my time with them. Since they are a contract company, they don’t have a lot of say over my day-to-day job (those details come from the school itself), but they take the time to regularly hold individual check-ins with each staff member and they’re very quick and thorough with addressing any concerns. Even though I’m remote, they still send staff appreciation gifts through e-gift cards. They’re also very organized, making all paperwork aspects easy. Overall, I would highly recommend this company!

Cons

Currently, they don’t have a lot of School Psychologists employed since that’s a new field that they’ve added to their company, but I know that’s something they’re working toward, as well as adding other related service fields.
