Pros

- get to know the newest games in the market - most of teammates are fun to work with - location is great to access the different activities in the city

Cons

- most of the mgmt team are the type of speaking louder than action - head of yield mgmt likes to grab crebilities from his team members and kiss ass to the upper mgmt team

Pros

A couple of helpful, knowledgable folks. Beer, t-shirts, mugs.

Cons

Folks who have the right experience don't get promoted. There are folks who have a ton of experience but don't get to take up major managerial roles. Some manangers just try to pick up skills on the job or try learning from their subordinates. Ego-driven managers. Low-ball pay structure. No bonuses. Employee-performance reviews are politically motivated. Lack of transparency in decision-making.
