      Pros

      >Basic Infrastructure is there although needs to be improved. >People are good and mature although need better treatment. >Never missed their salary commitment but has missed their incentive payout commitment.

      Cons

      HR Policy is a chaos - They change - No communication of the change - No Change management - HR Policy are intrinsically not people friendly they appear to keep discretionary powers in the management hands, The old floors have dated infrastructure although the new floor is good. Managers are glorified team leaders and are expected to lead their teams at the direction of the top management. leadership team remote controls the teams through the managers. Managers come under pressure to act against their principles. If Managers don't comply then they lose their jobs. This leads to only the YES MEN to stay.

      Pros

      Seats, AC, Water available. Can head food in Microwave

      Cons

      High Stress/ Job insecurity/ Hire and fire Do not join this company I read the reviews but thought it cannot so bad or could be specific personal experiences and joined this company. It was a mistake. Do not join the company unless desperate, without a job or going to loose your job. Else stay where you are and get the next job. If you shift here your CV will become unstable – high stress or fire within 3 to 6 months. Better wait for the next opportunity unless desperate. Fireing is at manager levels as well and lower. A list is created every month. Please be informed. Bad toilet, one friend will have lower salary another higher for the same job.
