      Pathetic company to work for as a Clinical Associate

      Pros

      Training period was good. Got to learn in this phase.

      Cons

      As i mentioned above that the training was good, working live was as like as hell. Pathetic work environment. No professionalism. Treat employees as robots, these people are inhuman as they increase targets every now and then which are impossible to complete everyday and everyone needs to extend the working hours till 12-14 hrs everyday. And the management is aware of this, still not taking any action as they want people to resign with such mental torture so that they hire new employees with less salary. Not worth for doctors, please do not join and waste ur time and respect.

      Clinical associate: pathetic company to work with

      Pros

      You get to learn many things just in an initial two month's period.

      Cons

      No professionalism. Weekly increasing targets. One has to extend up to 12-14 hours as per requirement and to complete inhumaly targets. No respect for doctors. People have been terminated or forced to give resignation by mental torture. No insentives for performance. Poor management.
