Pros

Big company with multiple disciplines. Was decent when I joined. Work/life balance is decent but depends on your manager.

Cons

Not very employee-centric. They are not at all flexible about working from home on a hybrid basis. The corporate structure is top-heavy and doesn't allow teams to grow organically. The benefits are terrible if you are not in Illinois. Career growth will be capped unless you buy stocks.
