Pros
Pay is competitive, working hours can be somewhat flexible if you have a solid reason, projects are interesting, and company policies are decent. Company recently added paternity leave policy.
Cons
Company culture doesn't always equate to office culture, and office culture is very awkward and slightly toxic. If you're not an extremely outgoing and over-communicative person, this office is not the place for you. Office and company is white-male dominated in all corporate and management positions; diversity only exists within hourly positions.
