-Owners are also the HR department, which is a major conflict of interest.
-Management will give you poor direction and lie to upper management about your performance.
-They like to re-use programming that is old and outdated, loaded with layers of changes and irrelevant pieces of code, and not give adequate time to code from scratch.
-Unqualified technicians will make programming changes in the field, and then create a punchlist for the programmer and share with management, making it appear as if the original programmer created the problems in code.
-Scopes of work are inaccurate, as well as drawings are inaccurate.
-Management will tell you everything is fine, meanwhile they are painting a negative picture of employees to the owners in order to take pressure off of themselves for failing projects.
-Owners do not care about employees. They will terminate an employee with no explanation at all. You will have no idea they are unhappy with you, until you no longer have a job.
-Company is losing clients left and right. I wouldn't even remotely consider working for this company if you can avoid it.
