I have worked at IMS for 2.5 years and learned more than I could have hoped for during my time here. This is a passionate, forward thinking company with a track record of growth and continued success. Since on-boarding to today, the company has invested in my development through professional training and continued education with a focus on my individual skill set. There is a very good balance of autonomy / supervision to allow me to think outside the box, bring fresh ideas to the table and still help me achieve my personal and professional goals. Leadership has a clear vision for the future of how to succeed, shares that vision openly with it's employees and most importantly, leads by example. Unlike other organizations I have worked for in the past, there is an open door policy from top to bottom allowing for constructive feedback to allow it's employees to be heard and continually improve process, product and company culture. There is a true focus on team mentality and the customer experience, allowing us as individuals to believe in the vision and commitments we discuss with our clients. Fun job. Long interview process - However, after seeing tremendous turnover in previous companies I have worked for and those individuals who have come on gone on this team I understand the need to select talented, team oriented and committed individuals.
