Pros

I have thoroughly enjoyed my three years at IMS. As a team, I have seen them accomplish greatness. The people are dedicated and care about their work and the people they work with. I work directly with a Manager that has a lot of industry experience and has taught me a great deal. I can definitely see myself retiring from this company.

Cons

I can not think of any cons at this time. IMS Technology Services is a great company to work for!

Pros

I excelled at this job and this company because they expect and reward those employees that work hard and perform. I always carried my weight and most of the people at IMS were very conscientious and I could count on them. I liked it very much and learned a great deal.

Cons

This company is not for you if you don't have a strong work ethic, bring drama to the job or don't have enough sense to take care of your customers and fellow employees. It is a fast paced, energetic and challenging environment. You will get eaten alive if you do not thrive in this type of situation.
