Pros

The best and true leadership came from someone that is no longer there. When I first started I was lost and confused. There was no true training and you were left to figure things “out”. It wasn’t until we got a new supervisor that was transferred from the main building. She was amazing! She was always friendly and always ready to help. She loved teaching and helped solve a-lot of confusion. Not sure if I could say her name here but it begins with J. Those who continue to work or have worked here know who I’m talking about. Great leadership left when she did.

Cons

No training, no appreciation, and no leadership.

Emotionally Exhausting

Pros

At least you are getting a paycheck each month. It’s easy to slack off at work because no one really pays attention. When I worked here I would finish my work in about 3 hours, email/ask what else I could do to “help the team” and wait the rest of the day for someone to respond to me. Eventually I grew tired of asking and waiting for a reply so I would draw at my desk or bring stuff from home to entertain myself.

Cons

***Please read recent reviews for accurate depiction of company.*** As soon as you’re hired you are basically left to your own devices. All they care about is money and the numbers at the end of the day. When you are given work don’t bother asking for help in understanding your role because no one knows what they’re doing. There’s a new manager hired every 6 months who reassigns our roles so now no one knows what their responsibilities are exactly. The employees are then reprimanded for decreased productivity but if management would only communicate clearly there wouldn’t have been an issue.

Nice toilets

Pros

The bathrooms were nice and the toilets worked.

Cons

Alpharetta HQ: . Exec leadership is notoriously back-stabbing, paranoid and bi-polar. Clearly, the positive reviews here are from employees who never worked at the HQ or are shills. Probably the latter. Most corp. employees stay about a year (7+ years is total BS, except in the case of the small exec group). The turnover rate is off the charts. They've been running it this way for years and it won't change. IN Compass = No Direction. Truly a dead-end place to work. Also, if you possess any talent, you're always viewed as a threat, so do not expect a good referral after you leave, no matter how terrific a job you did. They don't want you working for a competitor and they'll work against you in quite underhanded ways. Warning if you choose to interview here: they often interview just to collect competitor information from naive interviewees and then may well contact your current employer without your permission.
