      Pros

      Very Nice People, Company seems to want to help you but top leadership is pulling the wool over the CEO's eye. Dan seems to be a great guy but I think his senior leadership is not helping the situation.

      Cons

      High Turnover, Management operates in FEAR. Management has no sense of urgency to do there job, so a recruiter's job gets bottlenecked.

      Decent health coverage, teammates are typically pretty awesome

      Cons

      Incredibly unstable. Turnover is unbelievable. Management is more like big brother and will track you on and off the clock. Only apply if you’re comfortable with an angry, loud, unsettling atmosphere.

      Small management team which drives the culture. If you do not fit into their culture quickly you will not last long.
