Great colleagues, ok job, bad management

Pros

- Some very nice people at the work floor - Learned a lot - Mostly self-directed work, good WLB - Great office, lunches, and unlimited PTO

Cons

- Sales driven organization: INRIX has no vision - Mid to upper management has a terrible culture: shouting and blaming - Tends to pay at the lower end and retention is in line with that - No career growth, C-level believes engineers will stay for less than 3 years
