INRIX Software Developer reviews

I’ve covered the tech industry. I’ve worked as a contractor or employee at Google, Microsoft, Amazon, and Real Networks. I’ve spent the last four months contracting at Inrix. I have to say that it is a really great experience. The culture is outstanding. I worked in data visualizations in a design integrator/developer type of role. The people are smart, easy to get along with, and the office politics is almost non-existent. I have a couple months left before I move on to my next job but I would recommend this company to anyone that would listen. The UX department is very talented and much better at understanding issues than most places that I worked.

First off, I do not work for HR, nor have I been asked to write this review. The work is very interesting and I honestly enjoy coming in every day (even though I have the choice to WFH) This work place has tons of great perks! - There's an abundance of food, snacks, drinks, etc. - there's even a few BBQs to use! (oh, and they have enough food stocked to make your lunch here too) - Great vacation policy (there isn't one) and what I mean by that is that you are ale to take as much time off as you'd like, as long as you are meeting your deliverables. - Management is open to new ideas and they're easy to speak with. - Flat company - no hierarchy and no stupid politics - Everyone knows what they need to do and works as a team. - Company events - Everyone that works here is great to work with. I haven't yet met someone that I don't like or isn't approachable . - There is no micromanagement! - You are responsible for your work and deliverables. - oh, and there's a company boat! Overall, I'm thankful every day that I work here.
